As a 2D Lead Artist, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of 2D artists to meet the technical and visual quality expectations of clients.
• Collaborate closely with art direction, tech art, and quality assurance teams to refine the art team's objectives.
• Advise the project manager in setting tasks and goals for the project art team.
• Guide and support artists in achieving their performance and development objectives.
• Actively resolve art-related issues and enhance the overall quality of the work.

• Expertise in creating object concepts, ranging from weapons to props.
• 6-8 years of solid experience in 2D art or concept art within the game development industry.
• At least two years of experience in managing talent.
• Experience or knowledge of various art styles in 2D media.
• Deep industry knowledge and proficiency with industry-standard tools like Photoshop.
• Understanding of 3D pipelines.
• Mastery of art principles, including composition, balance, contrast, proportion, and rhythm.
• High standards for quality and artistic taste.
• Strategic thinking with a desire to develop and mentor the team.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to channel information, select the right audience, practice active listening, and maintain an open mind.
• Ability to objectively evaluate the work of others and provide constructive feedback.
