The position offers a pay rate of$19.50/hr paid weekly. Schedule: • Friday - Monday 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Schedule may change based on operational needs. Requirements: • One year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred. • Have reliable means of transportation and communication. • Excellent customer service and report writing skills. • One year or more experience in a Shift Lead or Supervisory role. • Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility. • Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form. • Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions. • Able to work independently. A Security Shift Lead may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Shift Lead must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
