Summary This position is located at MWR Fund Arts & Crafts Schofield Arts & Crafts Center, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii on the Island of Oahu.. This is a Standing Register announcement. Duties Provide exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Demonstrate and sell specialized merchandise to customers. Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments. Manage charge and layaway transactions efficiently. Maintain merchandise by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales area remains clean and orderly. Keep accurate sales records and documentation as required. Handle other assigned task as needed. Requirements Conditions of employment Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. A one-year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. Scheduled hours will vary. Incumbent must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays and special events. Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, Chapter 2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
