Dynamic, growing medical group seeking BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join the area's premier primary care practice expanding due to tremendous patient demand, serving the Greater St. Louis area.

Practice Details
• Choose from two practices, with options to join an established group of 20 or lead an exciting new start-up in an affluent southern Illinois suburb, just minutes from downtown St. Louis
• Turnkey practice opportunity to be busy from day one while still allowing you to develop your patient panel to suit your interests
• Outpatient only position with flexible 4-day work week and 6 weeks of vacation for ultimate work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $280K-$300K (negotiable dependent on experience), with a proven earning potential of $330K-$350K+
• $325K base for leading a team of APPs
• 6 weeks PTO, sign-on bonus, residency stipend, H1B support, 403b + 457 plans, and a full suite of physician benefits
