This residential Adolescent Psychiatry program, dedicated to patient-centered care, is seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join their growing team at either the Malibu, California, or San Rafael, California location

The Position Highlights:
• Focus on Continuity of Care at this beautiful, newly renovated facility and well-established residential adolescent program
• Opportunity to choose your main location - either Malibu, CA or San Rafael, CA
• Easily Manageable Volumes with opportunity to supplement with telehealth
• Ability to focus on adolescents as patients ranging from 13-26 years old
• Fellowship not required - Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellows or Psychiatrists with Adolescent experience encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary starting at $300,000+
• $350,000+ Income Potential easily earned with production incentives
• Full Benefit Package including several weeks of PTO
