Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive medical histories and physical assessments. Develop and implement care plans for acute and chronic health conditions. Prescribe medications and perform procedures within the scope of practice. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications: Certification as a Nurse Practitioner Current drivers license with an acceptable driving record. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 90 days of start). Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
