Highly Qualified Criteria: Within the last three (3) years, demonstrated experience in leading, developing, and coordinating multiple NAF Business/Recreation programs at the branch/division level (Garrison/Region/HQ). Within the last three (3) years, proven expertise with contract management and/or performed Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) functions in support of revenue generating programs and services. Possess a professional membership/certification in a field of relevant expertise (e.g., Leisure and Hospitality, ServSafe, BPAA, PGA, ASE). In order to be considered for the highly preferred criteria, your resume must show that you meet BOTH the minimum qualifications, and ALL of the high preferred criteria.
