About the role:

We are looking for a 3D Artist to join our Creative Team and to work directly with our brand and growth teams. The 3D Artist will work to model products and create thoughtful interior spaces to showcase our line of home goods products. The 3D Artist is responsible for delivering high-quality 3D content using a wide variety of skills and software (modeling, texturing, lighting, animation etc.) to produce realistic environments to stage our various products across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality 3D content on time, but also consciously balance quality, time and cost.   
• Understand the project requirements, conceptualizing creative ideas and support in the development of storyboards and concepts.
• Interior scene development, populate and fine-tune the scene, with the main focus on lighting and composition.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, as well as new tools, techniques, and software.   
• Work proactively to build good relationships within project teams and collaborate effectively with other competences. For example; Designers, Art Directors and Producers across the production workflow.
• Find new CGI opportunities enabled by 3D.
• Help to manage external 3D resources and relationships.
• Help to manage all 3D models and render files for all product SKU’s
• Help to manage day-to-day 3D projects and tasks from multiple departments

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years working experience in architectural/product visualization, 3D, or relevant areas.  
• Fluent in 3D software (Cinema 4D, 3ds Max preferred) and render engines (Corona, Redshift preferred).
• Strong in compositing using Photoshop, Nuke and/or After Effects.
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills. An eye for light, composition, and realism.   
• Ability to adopt and adapt rapidly to new or changing technology.  
• The ability to work well in a team, communicate and be proactive.   
• Willingness to give and take feedback.  
• Be organized, structured and have the ability to self-manage.  
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken  
• Experience in 3D animation (preferred, but not required)
