What you’ll do

Play a crucial role in our Motion team. You will be involved in client projects from day one, as well as inputting on Landor internal projects and initiatives. Under the direction of the Design Director, you will work with the motion team to evaluate design options, develop and push to find "big ideas" based on design strategy and creative brief. 

• Collaborate on a variety of projects; from animations, package design renders, brand sizzle videos, UX/UI solutions to social media content
• With team members, explores and conceptualises design solutions, refines motion concepts informed by continuous curiosity of design trends
• Leveraging design processes and best practices to ensure design deliverables and timelines are met
• Unpacking written narratives or storyboards, bringing them to life using motion
• Confidently using motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Po and Cinema 4D

What you’ll need 

• A killer passion for and fearless approach to design and motion
• Motion design experience in branding/ design agency, beneficial
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, C4D and working knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Experience with Houdini is beneficial
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of schedules and deadlines
• An inherent curiosity and be an innovative thinker, willing to propose new ways of doing things
• The ability to work in a fast paced, professional team and environment
