Now Hiring:Machine Operator (Temp-to-Hire) | 1st Shift Location:Bensenville, IL Pay:Competitive – Based on experience Schedule:Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Start Date:Immediate Temp-to-Hire Opportunity with Strong Possibility for Direct Hire! We’re seeking dedicated, punctual, and reliable Machine Operators who are ready to grow and learn in a stable and supportive manufacturing environment. ️ Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Operate production machinery and tools to aid the manufacturing process. * Perform quality checks using gauges/tools and document production data (e.g., COAs, production sheets). * Troubleshoot minor issues and make small adjustments as needed. * Ensure product quality, proper packaging, and neat presentation for customers. * Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment. * Follow OSHA and company safety protocols (Lock-Out/Tag-Out, PPE, etc.). * Work according to the scheduled production board and customer priorities. ✅ Requirements: * Must be E-Verify compliant and pass a 10-panel drug test (NO cannabis permitted) * 7-year felony background check required. * Able to read/speak English and perform basic math. * Able to lift 20 lbs. and work around machinery. * Wear required PPE:steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and gloves.
