3rd shift Security Officer (Full-Time)

Schedule: (Availability is Required) Location: within a commercial building Schedule - Total 40 hours • Sunday: 23:00 - 07:00 • Monday: 23:00 - 07:00 • Tuesday: 23:00 - 07:00 • Wednesday: 23:00 - 07:00 • Thursday: 23:00 - 07:00 Payrate:15 an hr Location for reference: (hidden)Centurion parkway N, Jacksonville Fl Requirements: • Reliable Personal Transportation. • Professional appearance • Background check and random drug screening • Class D • Must be able to navigate electronic reporting apps, maps, text, email, and have 2 years experience using basic computer and app functions. Duties - Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment - Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and following security procedures - Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and take appropriate action - Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities Experience - Possess a valid security certificate or license - Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or security-related field is preferred - Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment - Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures is a plus - Strong observation skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations with professionalism Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
