Summary Reclamation is seeking a career professional looking for an opportunity to capitalize on their expertise as a Administrative Officer. Duty Location: Folsom, California Learn more about this agency Requirements Conditions of Employment You must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National. You must meet the specialized experience requirements to qualify for the position (see Qualifications). Required to obtain and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license. This position is designated as a MODERATE RISK Public Trust position. It requires a fully completed and favorably adjudicated Public Trust Suitability Background Investigation (T2S or T2RS or equivalent) that is current (within the last 5 years). This is a condition of employment. You will be required to complete a Financial Disclosure Form, OGE 450. Qualifications To be rated as qualified for this position, the HR office must be able to determine that you meet the specialized experience requirements. This information must be clearly supported in your resume. To qualify for the GS-12: You must possess at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience that is comparable in scope and complexity to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal civil service. Specialized experience must be clearly demonstrated in your resume. Examples of qualifying experience: Serving as a business office manager or administrative liaison responsible for planning, directing and/or facilitating an organization's administrative services; providing guidance on human resources issues and preparing supporting documents for use in hiring efforts; leading, guiding or mentoring clerical personnel that support two or more business function areas; planning, organizing and/or prioritizing team workload assignments to meet related objectives; evaluating the effectiveness of administrative policies or procedures in guiding the operations and decision-making processes within an organization. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal civil service (GS-11). Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. You must meet all Eligibility and Qualification requirements by 12/13/2024.
