Summary The CAO Advocate is a highly visible, strategic, and relationship-focused role and serves as a vital connector between the CAO and the House community by providing consultative outreach, customer service, strategic insight, and proactive engagement. Requirements Conditions of Employment USAJobs Conditions of Employment Qualifications Qualifications: ·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. ·         2-5 years of experience in a consultative, customer service environment. ·         Ability to provide customer outreach, advocacy, and consultation. ·         Ability to travel domestically on a quarterly basis. ·         Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license. *Continued employment is contingent upon satisfactorily completing a criminal history records check (or other applicable security clearance) and a pre-employment drug-test (pre-identified position only).
