• Northwest suburbs: Woodstock, IL with hospital privileges at NM Woodstock, McHenry, and Huntley hospitals.
• North suburbs: Lake Forest, IL, Deerfield, IL and Glenview, IL with hospital privileges at NM Lake Forest hospital.
