**Psychiatry opening in Flint, MI** Detroit 65m Seeking a Psychiatrist for a hospital-based position to provide inpatient care in a 36-bed unit. * Qualified candidates will be BE/BC in Psychiatry. Consult & Liaison responsibilities optional for interested candidates. * Full time hospital employed position * Flexible Monday-Friday scheduling * Responsibilities include daily coverage of inpatient unit (22-25 daily census) and PHP (daily census of 20 adults and 10 adolescents). * Shared call * Enjoy a family friendly work atmosphere with three additional board-certified Psychiatrists and highly experienced ancillary staff. * Unit is supported by RNs, social workers, activity therapists, and a nurse manager. * Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits including CME funds, med mal insurance plus tail coverage, health/vision/dental insurances, license/DEA reimbursement and two investment options. 378-bed tertiary teaching facility located in Flint, Michigan, serving the medical needs of residents in greater Genesee County and Mideast Michigan.
