**APP Neurosurgery opening in OK** **Located in Tulsa, 49m to Muskogee** **Full Time Position** Hospital, is a 1,112-bed tertiary center, located in Tulsa, OK. Widely known for its outstanding medical care and sophisticated services, Hospital is Tulsa's premier hospital and is the anchor of the Health System. The ideal candidate will be interested in hospital- and office-based support, preparing discharges, pre- and post-op patient care, and providing support to the Neurosurgeon in all aspects of care. Call coverage will be required via phone and in person, as appropriate, in alignment with the physician's call schedule. **Education** Successful completion of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program with an acute care focus Active or actively acquiring an OK license, OBNDD and DEA **Highlights of the position** Provide care for patients in a variety of settings including ED, NCCU, trauma, and medical floors Pre- and postoperative management Responsible for emergent bedside procedures Monday-Friday schedule of 2-3 days per week in office and 2-3 days first assist in OR Surgeries performed at Saint Francis Hospital, a 900-bed tertiary care facility with Level 2 Trauma Center Comprehensive Benefits Package including Health, Disability and more Paid Malpractice / Tail coverage $2500 CME expense reimbursement annually, plus 5 days off Fully integrated EHR (Epic) **About Health System** Health System is an integrated, medically based, not-for-profit health system.
