NP needed in Indiana for Family Practice coverage CPH# JOB-2989206

Nurse Practitioner needed in Indiana for Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, current CSP and Indiana state license. Provider will be working in a manufacturing plant treating employees. Shifts will be Tuesdays from 7:30a - 3:30p or 7:30a - 2:30p (with a 30 min lunch break). Will see 10-15 patients per day and patient population is adult (would prefer if provider can also see 10 years & up for urgent care). Prefer some nutrition and diabetic training, nutritional weight loss and cholesterol training background. Annual Physicals with some minor work-related injury,(sprain, strains). No Pap smears. Prefer 2+ years work experience. Local candidate. Support staff includes Medical Assistant.
