**Part-time Neurology APP opening in California** * Located in ***Madera, CA*** - 26m from Fresno; 127m from San Jose * Part-time; days, 64 hours per pay period * Seeking a Neurology Nurse Practitioner to join an established clinic * Clinic is open Mon-Fri and closes on weekends and holidays. * Candidate must take call when fully oriented. * Current California Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license required. * Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program, Master's Degree in Nursing required. * Minimum one-year related experience. * Prefer five years of increasingly responsible experience which demonstrates a professional working knowledge of nursing theory and practice, with competence in physical assessment, differential diagnosis, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and management of acute and chronic pediatric problems. * Must successfully complete the credentialing process through the Medical Staff office via CIDP for the appropriate scope of practice, written standardized protocols, and furnishing privileges. * Bilingual skills desirable. * HeartCode Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire or transfer into position. Nurse Practitioner National Certification (NP-C) within 6 months of hire or transfer into position.
