When you join TeamHealth, you will enjoy autonomy over your practice, an uncapped earning potential, and the opportunity to build a position that matches your ideal lifestyle and career goals.  TeamHealth is looking for a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to work Monday through Friday doing primary care rounding in two skilled nursing facilities located in the Moses Lake, Washington, area.   Key Responsibilities:  Perform primary care in a post-acute setting for short term and long-term patients for a manageable patient panel of 15-20 patients per day.Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of careOrder and interpret lab resultsPrescribe and monitor medicationsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient  outcomesEducate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related conditionsBuild relationships with your patients, patients? family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment deliveryPromote healthy lifestyle changesRequirements:1+ years experience in primary care requiredPost acute care experience a plus, but not requiredActive and unrestricted Washington NP or PA license Active and unrestricted DEA Compensation and Benefits:Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $141,000 to $200,000 annually.
