You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Qualifications FOR NH-03 (GS-12/13 equivalent): Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-2 (GS-11 equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience analyzing the acquisition planning or execution of organizational services and material procurement to improve efficiency and effectiveness of program operations.
