A premier oral & maxillofacial surgery group is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to support immediate high-volume demand across its Denver metro offices. The practice currently carries a $200k/month revenue gap—creating a rare opportunity for a motivated surgeon to step into a fully optimized clinical environment with immediate cases, high production, and top-tier support.

This role offers 4 days per week, rotating across three locations, serving a steady flow of 8–12 patients per day with full autonomy and an advanced digital workflow.

• Guarantee: $400K a year or 35% of production which ever is higher. (Negotiable based on Experience)
• Clinic Production: $150k–$230k/month
• Immediate schedule backlog due to recent departures

Fully equipped with:

• CBCT & 3D imaging
• Intraoral scanners
• 3D printing capabilities
• Navigated implant placement systems
• All-digital workflow for efficiency and precision

Daily variety including:

• Implant placement
• Surgical extractions
• Sinus lifts
• Orthognathic surgery
• Expose & bond procedures
• Full-arch cases
• Pathology & trauma (practice dependent)

• Support Staff:
  • 1 DAANCE-certified surgical assistant
  • 4 Dental Assistants
  • 4 Patient Care Ambassadors
  • 1 Clinical Manager (DAANCE)
  • 1 Clinical Lead (DAANCE)
  • 1 Patient Concierge (DAANCE)
  • 2 Practice Managers

• 4 days/week preferred
• Rotation across 3 offices
