Opportunity Details:
• 4-Day Work Week
• Work alongside 11 primary care physicians and 20 Advanced Practice Clinicians in a collaborative care model
• Practice Internal Medicine with opportunity to include subspecialty, i.e., Endo, Cardiology, Rheum, etc.
• Outstanding primary care group using Epic EMR at an award-winning critical access hospital with high physician engagement and retention

Compensation and Benefits Details:
• $200,000 recruitment incentive package
• $300,000+ Two-year base compensation and wRVU production bonus
• $15,000 relocation assistance
• $10,000 quality incentive
