$40,000 Signing Bonus for Psychiatric Medical Director

Smaller hospital just outside of Springfield, MO is recruiting for a Psychiatry Medical Director. The current medical director is retiring and a replacement is needed. ECT is optional. You will direct a 20 bed inpatient unity (50 and older). No detox with largely dementia related diagnosis, medication stabilization.Competitive Annual Salary.  Signing Bonus available up to $40,000 .  Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000.   Medical Director will cover service M-F 8 am - 5 pm with overnight call and 1 weekend per month. .   Addiitonal PRN physicians will cover other weekends and vacations.   Current physician is exceeding 75th percentile in earnings.   Tail coverage.   22 days PTO plus 6 holidays.   403b, CMH contributes .5 % for 1st 8% contributed by physician, so up to a 4% match.  Community - 10,000 people, located 25 minutes to Springfield, MO, 3rd largest city in MO and only 30 minutes to Springfield National Airport. Central to 3 lakes - Truman, Stockton & Pomme de Terre, be on a body of water in 20 minutes or less. One hour to Branson, one hour to Lake of the Ozarks.
