Summary You will serve as a GG-0080-11 Security Specialist at US FLEET CYBER COMMAND at Pearl Harbor Naval Base Honolulu/Wahiawa Hawaii, where you will provide overall Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) personnel security management and authoritative guidance concerning personnel security matters. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as: 1. Provide Sensitive Compartmented Information personnel security management and administrative functions to include security background investigations and periodic re-investigations, in/out processing, special accesses, processing cases being considered for cryptologic risk assessments and counterintelligence interviews, indoctrinations and education briefings, and courier certification. 2. Provide advice on procedures for adverse security actions, including security clearance denials, suspensions, and revocations. 3. Manage the polygraph program to include scheduling, briefings, five year updates, and reports of investigation. 4. Manage the analysis and evaluation of personnel security investigative requirements for security clearances and visitor and foreign national association access control. 5. Review personnel security documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines to provide statistical reports to national-level agencies and organizations. OR I have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. OR I have completed 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. OR I have obtained an LL.M. that is related to the position being filled.
