West Virginia University School of Medicine Eastern Division seeks an Occupational Medicine Physician (ranks available: Assistant, Associate or Full Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Berkeley County, WV.

Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the areas of Occupational Medicine. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent State medical license and DEA registration is required by start date. Successful candidate must have completed Occupational Medicine residency program. Successful candidates must be board certified / eligible in Occupational Medicine.  All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

• Main location: 61 Campus Drive, Martinsburg, WV 25404
• Average number of patients per day: 12
• Clinical Responsibilities: Evaluate, assess, and treat the patient/client needs
• Procedures/Types of Cases: Pre-employment screens, drug screens, WC, IME, Fit-for-Duty, etc.
• APP Collaborative Agreement with required 5 charts/month
• Outpatient only Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
