Summary About the position: This position will be assigned to the Marketing and Publicity department located at the Gunfighter Service Center, Mountain Home Air Force Base. This is a Regular Part-Time position (20-34 hours per week) with a guarantee of 20 hours per week. This position requires the incumbent to have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. This is a drug testing designated position. Qualifying Experience: Must have experience and general knowledge of marketing principles and practices. Experience must demonstrate the ability to design advertising artwork using desktop publishing software, word processing and other software. Must have a general knowledge of sponsorship and advertising principles and perform market research with a desire to build relationships and grow this program. Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English. Must possess skill in dealing with the public and conduct oral presentations. Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
