- Security Requirements: Special Sensitive requiring incumbent to obtain a Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security access.

- Selective Service Requirement: Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Program Manager (Integrator) Position your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify for the NH-03 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-02, GS-11, or equivalent level under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Creditable specialized experience includes:
- Leading professionals responsible for surveilling contractors involved with major, defense acquisition of weapon systems/components.
- Assessing a contractor's risk and opportunity program.
- Reviewing programs for cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Analyzing cost proposals and technical requirements.
- Creating performance measures to subjectively analyze cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Surveilling contractor quality systems, development, and manufacturing processes.
- Applying Earned Value Management techniques for predictive assessment of cost and schedule performance.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.

- If selected for an interview, you may be required to provide your last three performance appraisals to the panel.
- Selectee may be required to serve a trial/probationary period.
- Recruitment/Relocation/Retention Incentive may be authorized at Management's discretion.
- Acquisition, Technology & Logistics (AT&L) NON-CAP: Position requires DoD Acquisition coded Advanced in Program Management. Incumbent must obtain mandatory Back to Basics (B2B) certification within 48 months of entry into position. Incumbent must acquire 80 Continuous Learning Points every 24 months.
