Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) in the NAVY RECRUITING REGION of NRD MINNEAPOLIS. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing automated systems to create and maintain personnel records; 2) Collecting information and/or data to prepare reports; 3) Reviewing personnel documents for completion and compliance with established guidelines.
