Implement classroom and/or clinical instruction. Each of these includes teaching, evaluating and counselling students and professional growth.

• Utilize course objectives to structure and/or evaluate learning experiences. Actively counsels students in the achievement of course outcomes. Collaborate with Lead Teacher on student progress and related issues. Maintain professional growth and development pertinent to educational responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with Administration, Lead Teacher, Faculty, Medical Center Staff, affiliating agencies to optimize student learning experiences. Follow School policies and procedures. Participate in accreditation and evaluation processes. Complete E-Learning and Healthstream. Communicate with appropriate faculty and staff about student schedule in clinical area, assignments and objectives.
• Other duties and/or projects as assigned. 4. Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Masters Degree in Nursing or DNP.
• Min. 2 yrs active nursing exp. preferably in nursing education.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

• Doctorate.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse
