Regional Medical Director search for an experienced radiologist interested in advancing their clinical leadership aspirations

Full Time: Estimated compensation is minimum of $500,000.00/annually, and maximum is $600,000.00/annually. Envision is searching for a Regional Medical Director for Interventional OR Diagnostic Radiology in the Gulf Coast of Florida.In this leadership role, you will combine areas of clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities to drive advancements in radiological practices, quality assurance, workflow optimization, improve outcomes, and financial performance. Play a key role in physician recruitment, including interviewing and selecting candidates. Collaborate with the market Director of Operations on various administrative tasks such as Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR), Capacity Demand Management, physician productivity enhancement, market financial performance, and schedule administration. Work with client facilities to update and improve radiology department policies and procedures. Act as a steward of the practice at the executive level, maintaining open communication with client-side regional leaders. Attend regional operating reviews and meetings, present KPI metrics, and influence market performance. Additional Details: Ideal experience: 3+ years in clinical practice and 2+ years of management/leadership experience. Must be board certified by the ABR. Excellent total compensation package.
