The facility is well-equipped with the latest in emergency health technology and design to best treat the 28,000 patients Ozarks Healthcares Emergency Department sees annually. The ED includes: - 16 private treatment rooms with two designated as trauma/major medical - Excellent diagnostic imaging and laboratory services including digital portable X-ray with bed-side imaging available in as little as 23 seconds - State-of-the-art cardiac monitoring system with stat 12-lead EKG - Advanced technological headboard design - Negative Pressure Room - Fully-equipped decontamination area - A 24/7 laboratory staffed with degreed medical technologist who can perform almost any lab testing in house - We offer a competitive salary and complete benefits package. $496,080 is base for 12 shifts in 4 week period. Incentive for nights and shifts worked beyond 12 in 4 week period. - Shifts are 0700-1600, 0900-1900,1600-0200, and 1900-0700 Location: West Plains is the center of trade for a 50-mile radius. The area's educational opportunities are excellent with public and private schools. Also, the West Plains campus of Missouri State University provides academic and vocational education programs which include a registered and practical nursing program plus a respiratory care school.
