The Opportunity
• Collaborate with a close-knit team of 4 women's health providers

• 200+ bed hospital averages 600+ deliveries annually
• Strong demand for gyn surgery
• Block schedule: 2 days in clinic, 2 days in the OR, offering balance and predictability
• Level II NICU ensures that both mother and baby receive exceptional care close to home
• J1 and H1B visa support

Compensation & Benefits
• $500K guaranteed base salary with a productivity-based model; proven earning potential exceeds MGMA 90th percentile
