Summary This position is located at MWR Schofield Bowling Center, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii (Island of Oahu). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Duties Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures. Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds. Assures only authorized patrons utilize the facilities. Submits daily report of operations. Assists in setting up parties according to party plan. May assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashier's bag. Completes Daily Activity Report. Completes fire safety checks and secures the facility. May monitor inventories, place and receive food and beverage orders using Food track or similar software. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of employment Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. A one-year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. Must be available to work nights, weekends, holiday's and special events. Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation. Selected applicant must be able to pass a Medical Physical Examination. May be required to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less). A qualified candidate must possess the following: Minimum Qualifications: Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements (21 years of age) for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. Skill in providing customer service. Ability to communicate effectively. *Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualifications criteria above.*. Allowances and Differentials This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
