609 - Graphic Designer

We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling visual designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns and projects.
• Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, digital visuals, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
• Act as an art director, overseeing the visual elements and ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Design rough sketches and materials, discussing them with team members and clients for feedback and approval.
• Create videos for social media, product development, and promotional purposes.
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing to ensure high-quality output.
• Provide proofing and prepare art files for production.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet project goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience developing 360 marketing campaigns with all its assets and various platforms.
• Experience developing concept to-completion campaigns, including print and digital and running the campaign with all its assets and implementation
• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Dreamweaver, and other graphic design software.
• Experience developing animation for short films and videos from concept to completion, using video editing software and animation tools(e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in web design, using WordPress
• Experience with UI UX and making changes to websites.
• Experience building successful campaigns and engaging the public.
• Experience creating branding books, branding packages, branding campaigns, and creating briefs for projects and managing these projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design and production.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong video editing capabilities and knowledge of AI (Artificial Intelligence) applications in design is a plus.
