Summary β€œThe PMO provides program and acquisition management for the systems and capabilities that modernize and sustain the National Airspace System (NAS) to advance NAS programs from concept to operation while providing technical support for air traffic control automation and decision support systems.” Learn more about this agency Requirements Conditions of Employment US Citizenship is required. Qualifications To qualify for this position, you must have one year (52 weeks) of SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (FV-J or FG/GS-14) that is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Specialized Experience is defined as: Experience serving as a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) with a strong background in performance monitoring and contract management; AND Experience navigating complex procurement processes and ensuring compliance with federal acquisition policy and guidance.
