This well-established primary care practice is seeking a passionate BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join their expanding team of providers in the beautiful coastal city of Monterey, California.

Position Details:
•  Outpatient only - No required call or weekends.
•  Flexible schedule with an optional 4-day work week.
•  Established case load with focus on adult and chronic disease patients.
•  Collaborate with a team of 5 other dedicated providers.
•  FQHC site with multiple clinics across the county.
•  Visa sponsorship available.

Enjoy a generous compensation package including a competitive base salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation stipend. Additional incentives include:
•  Competitive base salary range of $259,000-$283,000.
•  Full-benefit package, lucrative retirement fund, 5 weeks of PTO, $5,000 CME, and malpractice coverage.
•  Student loan coverage of up to $300,000 through the state of California. Additional loan repayment programs available.
