Locums Cardiovascular Surgery Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified Cardiovascular Surgery Physician for a locum tenens position in Lufkin, Texas. This role involves providing comprehensive cardiovascular surgical care, working shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM. The physician will manage a patient volume of 10-15 patients per day, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.In this position, you will perform consultations, provide surgical interventions, and deliver follow-up care for patients requiring cardiovascular surgery. You will also collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care. The role requires a commitment to a rotating call schedule. Qualifications:  Board Certification in Cardiovascular Surgery (required) ACLS and BLS Certifications (required) Texas State License (highly preferred) or eligibility for IMLC Located in the heart of East Texas, Lufkin offers a welcoming community with a blend of urban amenities and small-town charm.
