Summary This position is located at Kilauea Military Camp (KMC) Hawaii Volcanoes National Parks, Big Island, Hawaii.. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Duties Manages a business activity. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures. Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements. Supervises assigned staff. Develops budgetary data. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc. Requirements Conditions of employment Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. A one-year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation. Must be able to work an Irregular Schedule to include night, weekends and Holidays. Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less). A qualified candidate must possess the following: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed. Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualifications criteria above to be considered for this position. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Qualified": Highly Qualification Criteria: 1. Must posses 1 year food and beverage experience Note: Applicants who meet both minimum qualification criteria and highly qualified criteria will be referred to the selecting official for first consideration. Education If using education to qualify, your professional certificates and/or College or University transcripts are required to be uploaded at the time of application to verify qualifications and to receive consideration. Allowances and Differentials This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
