Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service. This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes. Qualifications NO-02 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or NO-01 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Maintain AND/OR assist in managing funds, performing financial analysis, monitoring project execution, ensuring compliance with DoD and Navy policies, and supporting financial tasks aligned with organizational goals and regulations. NO-03 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or NO-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Lead AND/OR supervise in financial management, including budgeting, cost analysis, and forecasting, ensuring compliance with DoD policies, supporting project execution, and providing strategic recommendations for program efficiency and resource allocation. NO-04 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or NO-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Manage AND/OR supervise financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, monitor cost performance, ensure compliance with DoD policies, and support program efficiency by recommending improvements and managing financial adjustments.
