Our client, an independent critical access hospital in a town of 3,000 in Western Montana- not far from Missoula and Kalispell- seeks a General Orthopedic Surgeon who does joint replacement. Enjoy the outdoor life in Montana- with mountains, skiing, hot springs, great hunting and fishing on your doorstep, and beauty all around.Hospital employed with a base salary of $700K, plus production incentives.  Full spectrum of cases including joint replacement and arthroscopy.  Immediate opening.  Must have desire to build a practice as opposed to sitting back and seeing what comes in.  4-day work week.  One weekend per month of telephone call coverage.
