Nurse Practitioner needed for Substance Use Disorder in San Mateo, CA CPH# JOB-3005475

Nurse Practitioner needed in California for compassionate care of underserved patient populations with substance use disorder. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, BLS, and CA state license. Shifts will be Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. Will see up to 12-15 patients per day and patient population is adult only. Must be comfortable with MAT, coordination with BH detox and residential programs, EMR, Outlooks and MS Teams proficiency. Homeless, co-occurring disorders such as SUD and MH issues, chronic medical conditions, focus would be on SUD and harm reduction. Support staff includes mid levels and full support staff. Ideal candidate will have FQHC experience as they have a high population of homeless and mental health. Need someone who can work independently, 2-3 years APP experience required with underserved patient populations. EPIC EMR. Substance/Alcohol treatment with Suboxone/vivitrol strongly preferred.
