7 on 7 off Hospitalist Job | J1 Visa Eligible | 365K Base Plus Bonus | Midwest

A fully independent, not-for-profit, community-owned hospital seeks a Hospitalist to join its team outside Denver, Colorado (CO) in Nebraska (NE). We are open to either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physicians.

Position Highlights:
- 7 on 7 off schedule
- 1 week of nights every 8th week
- 3 Hospitalist on at a time
- Average census of 12-14 patients
- Central lines and arterial lines required; however, the team is open to training the incoming physician on these procedures
- EMR-EPIC
- J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available

Compensation Highlights:
- Base of $365,000
- Quality bonus of $30,000
- Productivity bonuses available
- Sign-on bonus of $25,000 - Negotiable
