722 - Sales Representative (Mandarin Speaker)

We need an English and Mandarin -fluent Sales Representative, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by connecting with potential restaurant partners and customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, vendors, and platform users.
• Present the platform's features and benefits to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide market insights and feedback to the team to improve platform offerings and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for restaurant partners.
• Represent the platform at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology, food delivery, or restaurant services.
• Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
• Intermediate English is preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cultural nuances related to food.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Uber-style or app-based platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
