Summary The position is at the full performance level located in the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), at the VA San Diego Healthcare System, VA Medical Center (VAMC) in the Engineering Service, In-House Construction Team. The primary purpose of the position is to serve the Veterans under the direction of the Supervisor, In-House Construction Team. This includes the functions of the in-house construction projects at the VA San Diego Healthcare System. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities.
