The physician works closely with pharmacists on medication management including reduction and reconciliation as necessary, they complete all federally mandated visits including initial H&Ps, Medicare required visits, and acute and follow up visits as medically necessary.This opportunity is located in Flagstaff, Arizona, where you can enjoy the outdoors by visiting the many parks, canyons, national forests, and spend the evenings star gazing at the Lowell Observatory. We provide you with template progress notes that include HPI, current medications, general exam, and review of systems, assessments and treatments by diagnosis to allow you to manage your time and have work/life balance.For this opportunity you do not have to be board certified or board eligible. Experience in post-acute rehab, acute rehab, long term care, and/or hospital medicine is recommended.  Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential.
