Summary Serves as a Bartender in the Beverage Department of the Hale Koa Hotel.This position will remain open until 12/31/25 with a first cutoff date of 06/05/25 for employment consideration. Additional lists will be pulled after this first cut-off date at the request of the hiring manager.Local candidates will be reviewed first as PCS is not authorized. If determined that area of consideration is to be expanded, all candidates will be considered. Requirements Conditions of Employment Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required upon appointment Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position Satisfactory completion of employment verification (E-Verify) check One year probationary period may be required A physical examination may be required Must be able to obtain a Tier 1 background investigation. Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and various hours of the day and week when required. Qualifications 1) Must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic at the time of appointment. 2) Experience as a full service bartender. 3) Possess skills in mixing and serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages 4) Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory. HIGHLY QUALIFIED CRITERIA FOR THIS POSITION ARE: 1) Experience in bartending within the last 2 years 2) Experience in a resort, hotel, nightclub or restaurant setting 3) Knowledge of Micros POS Systems Education This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
