Summary About the position: This position is located at the Golf Course on RAF Lakenheath. This position requires shift work to provide coverage on days, evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations. Scheduled hours will be 0-40 per week with no minimum guarantee. Must be able to satisfactory complete a pre-employment physical. Must have a valid US Driver’s License and 3rd AF license. This is a drug testing position. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions and be able to perform duties without constant supervision. Must possess skill in dealing with the public. Must have a valid driver's license. Must successfully complete a physical examination and be able to lift and carry objects weighing 50 pounds or more. May be required to work an uncommon tour of duty to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must satisfactory complete a National Agency Check with Inguiries (NACI). Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution in order to qualify. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying. Additional information Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
