Qualifications For the GS-04 Grade Level: ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for the GS-0599-04, you must meet the following level of education requirement:-You must have completed 2 full academic years of post-high school study or an associate's degree.-You are eligible if you are currently accepted for enrollment or enrolled in an accredited college (including 4-year colleges/universities, community colleges, and junior colleges); professional, technical, vocational, and trade school; advanced degree programs; or other qualifying educational institution pursuing a qualifying degree or certificate. Additionally, you may be noncompetitively converted to a permanent career-conditional or career appointment under specific conditions.
