**Psychiatry Opening in Lebanon, VA** A healthcare provider located in Lebanon, Virginia is currently seeking a Full Time, Board Certified, Virginia Licensed Psychiatrist Physician to work within an In-Patient Behavioral Health Center. - Monday - Friday (8 hour days) - Call: 1 in 6 (regional call model) - Weekends: 1 weekend per month of on-site rounding This is an Employed position with the following financial incentives: Competitive Annual Salary Generous Sign On Bonus Relocation Assistance Educational Loan Assistance In-Patient Position Hospital affiliated out-patient practice supports the in-patient unit Provides in-patient Behavioral Health Services through The Clearview Center, which is an adult, inpatient psychiatric unit. It accommodates twenty patients and contains a large multi-purpose treatment room, a group therapy room, a recreational therapy room, a kitchen, laundry room, offices and work area. The Center provides a wide range of therapeutic modalities to its patients, including: Individual psychotherapy ECT Group psychotherapy Social work services Recreational activities Pharmacology Family therapy And educational services It is exclusively designed to provide short-term stabilization and treatment for adults whose treatment needs mandate an inpatient, rather than an outpatient, setting. Its goal is to return patients to a level of recovery that outpatient care can maintain and continue. The Center accepts referrals and admissions 24-hours-a-day, any day of the year. Those who meet admission criteria may refer themselves or be referred by their family physician, therapist or mental health board.
