**Urgent Care opening in Washington** * Located in ***Moses Lake, WA*** - 100 miles from Spokane; 177 miles from Seattle * Part-time (0.6 FTE), 8-11 shifts per month. * Employed opportunity * Seeking a BC/BE Urgent Care physician to join a busy, established, walk-in practice * Prefer physician with walk in clinic or Family Medicine experience. Open to Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Board Certification * Join 2 physicians (3 total) and 2 PAs when fully staffed * Weekday shifts are 10 hours, weekend shifts are 8 hours (average 1 1 ½ weekend shifts per month). * General procedures required including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, etc. plus, some womens health * Averaging 70-80 patients per shift in the winter and 50-60 patients per summer shifts with 2 providers * We are one of 44 organizations identified by the AMA Joy of Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reducing burnout. * Candidates who are not interested in relocating to Moses Lake will not be considered. **Featured Benefits:** * First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median then moves to an RVU production in year two. * For this position, wages will be between $276,947 and $299,402.
